Unitywater is seeking to undertake a digital metering pilot which aims to identify and assess appropriate data management, communications and metering technologies relevant to Unitywater’s business requirements. Unitywater is committed to reducing costs and so the pilot primarily seeks to review, analyse, and validate the potential tangible financial benefits of this technology to Unitywater’s operations.
Offerers are to note that Unitywater aims to trial a range of digital metering technologies and is likely to select more than one provider for the purposes of this pilot.
The subject of this tender includes:
* Supply and installation of digital meters (including a mix of transmitters and integrated meters)
* Supply and installation of communications
* Transmission of the generated data
* Support/maintenance
This tender does not include digital water meter reading repository, analytics dashboard, and data validation.
