Preferred Supplier Panel - Sustaining Capital Works

Seqwater are excited to request Expressions of Interest (EOI) to understand the market for suitably qualified contractors to form a Preferred Supplier Panel for sustaining capital works.

The eventual panel will engage contractors for an initial three (3) year period with an option to extend by two (2) years, and then by an additional two (2) years, delivering essential infrastructure works that maintain, renew, and upgrade existing assets including civils infrastructure such as dams, weirs, and roads, network assets such as piping, valves and flowmeters, and energy/electrical systems such as High Voltage switchboards and variable speed drives.

Shortlisted respondents will be invited to tender through a subsequent Request for Offer (RFO) process.

This EOI:

• Sets out Seqwater’s requirements including specifications of sustaining capital works, supply timing and other considerations.

• Invites Respondents to detail their experience and capability in supplying the required sustaining capital works.

• Sets out the panel’s proposed commercial framework.

No pricing is required at this EOI stage. Seqwater may, in its absolute discretion and sole judgement, accept or decline an EOI and consequently an invitation to participate in a RFO process to any individual or Company. Lodgement of an EOI does not result in any contract, commitment, or obligation from either party being established.

Seqwater is seeking experienced contractors to form a panel arrangement that:

• Provides geographic coverage across SEQ, including remote areas.

• Is of a suitable size to ensure sufficient capacity and continuity of work.

• Is able to deliver construction with low/moderate/high complexity and value profiles through suitable call-off modes of contract.
