Lower Murray Water invites tenders from competent and experienced organisations for the supply of all labour, materials, plant and equipment associated with the upgrade of SCADA at reticulation sites in accordance with the Contract Design Documents and Specifications.
This contract is to upgrade 47 remote sites between Mildura and Kerang to communicate with LMW's ClearSCADA system using DNP3 protocol. In summary works involve installation of new RTU's and associated equipment, establishing communications via existing radio networks and Telstra 4G network, and integrating upgraded sites into existing ClearSCADA projects.
The principal contractor shall have engineering expertise in integration of SCADA, Automation & Control systems and if required, engage an electrical sub-contractor to carry out all electrical installation works and testing.
