Euroa Health. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought for the future use of Euroaville, Shovelton and Amaroo Lodge at Euroa Health Inc (EHI), 36 Kennedy Street, Euroa.
EHI currently runs 68 aged care residential places in Euroaville, Shovelton and Amaroo Lodge. These buildings will be decanted in early 2017 when EHI takes possession of its new 75 bed residential care facility 'GraniteHill'.
EHI is looking for alternative options / usage of the decanted facilities, which are compatible with Health and Residential Care services.
