Iconic Floating Christmas Tree Marine Services

⁠⁠⁠City of Greater Geelong invites submissions from suitably qualified marine providers for the hire, installation and removal of a barge with associated anchoring system for Council's Iconic Floating Christmas Tree for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Christmas Periods.

The barge will be required to be moved between the Port of Geelong and Steampacket Quay and maintained during the term of engagement as per the attached Marine Services Brief, available here to download with the tender documentation.

The tenderer is expected to provide a contract sum for barge hire, installation and removal including anchoring systems together with rates associated with call-out and hire of additional equipment.

The tender evaluation panel will consider the details of the tenderer's OH&S system provided in or in response to Schedule 7 of the documents attached.

Tenders which do not contain details of OH&S systems which meet the minimum required standards will not be considered for the contract.
