Project Management Services: Riverside Project - WA Police Precinct and Waterbank Precinct

⁠⁠⁠The MRA is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced firms to provide Project Management services for the WA Police Precinct and Waterbank Precinct located in the Riverside Project Area in East Perth.

Respondents can submit Project Management Services proposals as follows:
1. WA Police Precinct only; or
2. Waterbank Precinct only; or
3. WA Police Precinct and Waterbank Precinct.
(Refer to Returnable Form 4 on the attached Request Document - Project Precinct Checkbox).

Proponents will be required to service all delivery phases of each Precinct Area submitted upon and will support the MRA, through the provision of out of house project management services within scope, time, budget and quality constraints.

This also includes oversight and management of the external consultant team (engineering, environmental, auditor, planning etc.) and assisting the MRA personnel in client and stakeholder liaison and engagement.
