⁠⁠⁠The property is a 1.1 hectare (approximately) parcel of vacent land at 32 Mann Street, Gosford. The property is part of the Gosford Waterfront Precinct which is located in the Gosford CBD between Mann Street and Vaughan Street to the South.

GPNSW is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced developers to:

* Develop a six story mixed use commercial building of approximately 7,340 sqm of NLA.
* Purchase the mixed use precinct land area of approximately 8,295 sqm for development into a vibrant and active area connecting the Gosford CBD to the waterfront.
* Deliver the concept masterplan objectives.
