• Development of the site for potential mixed-use residential outcomes, including build to sell, build to rent, co-living, or student accommodation

The lots are zoned MU1 Mixed Use. Current planning controls permit a Floor Space Ratio of 4.9:1 and a maximum building height of 77 metres. The site has prominent street frontage, strong accessibility, and proximity to key amenities, infrastructure, and transport.
