The City of Casey is currently in the process of a redevelopment of the Indoor Leisure Centre with an expected completion in early 2017. This comprises an extension to the Terry Vickerman Building.

The Electrical Services Upgrade works include a new power supply run from the Leisure Centre main switchboard to a new pillar located in front of the skate park and performing arts centre as per BRT consulting engineers drawings and specification (Appendix B). These works will incorporate making the existing switchboard located at the pickling shed redundant and picking up the existing underground sub main cable feeding the existing Skate shed switchboards.
