The Town is looking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of the services as stated in RFT 21-16 - Local Planning Strategy (LPS).
The appointed consultant will be responsible for preparing the LPS including documentation for submission to the WA Planning Commission for approval to formally advertise the Strategy.
The main requirements of the respondent will be to undertake research and analysis, prepare LPS documentation and undertake stakeholder and community engagement to guide the preparation of the LPS.
