Provision of Recruitment Agency Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of short-term or fixed term contract personnel and ad-hoc general recruitment and selection services.

Hunter Water is seeking tenders from experienced recruitment agencies for the supply of short-term or fixed term contract personnel, and for the provision of general recruitment and selection services on an as required basis. The requirements under this request for tender has been split into two (2) separable portions, which is summarised below.

Tenderers may make a submission for either separable portion, or for both. Please note:
a. For separable portion 1, Tenderers must be able to meet all requirements for that portion (i.e. tenders for the partial supply of separable portion 1 will not be considered).
b. For separable portion 2, tenders for the partial supply of the portion will be considered, however Tenderers must be experienced in providing recruitment services in either the engineering or the information and communications technology (ICT) fields.

Separable Portion 1: Call Centre Recruitment Services
Hunter Water is seeking to partner with a performance driven recruitment agency to provide contract personnel for Hunter Water's Call Centre for a fixed term, and casual personnel for Hunter Water's Control Centre Services on an as required basis.

Hunter Water is seeking to enter a business relationship that is professional in all aspects, that is customer service orientated and values high quality and efficient service delivery. The business must also be focused on Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS).

It is expected the recruitment agency would have provided similar recruitment services to a call centre facility prior to this engagement which resulted in a high level success and client satisfaction. It is vitally important to ensure that the agency selected delivers quality outcomes and builds Hunter Water's capability and capacity for customer service at best practice standards throughout the life of the engagement.

Separable Portion 2: General Resourcing Requirements
Hunter Water is seeking to implement a standing offer arrangement with a panel of experienced recruitment agencies to assist Hunter Water, on an as required basis, in recruitment selection exercises, and to provide temporary assistance services, including the supply of labour hire (excluding call centre recruitment services) and candidate sourcing. The requirements under this Separable Portion 2 includes:
a. the supply of contract personnel on a short-term, non-ongoing (temporary) basis across all labour categories within Hunter Water;
b. assist Hunter Water in sourcing and submitting candidates for specific permanent or fixed term positions on an as required basis, and providing any c. other general recruitment and selection services as required by Hunter Water's Human Resources department.

There will be no guarantee of frequency and volume of work and no exclusivity to the agreement. Any executive level recruitment undertaken on a retained or search assignment is exclusive to the scope of services.
