Design and Construct Head Contractors - Rosenthal Avenue Car Park Redevelopment

⁠⁠⁠Council recently sought Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and skilled Design and Construct Head Contracting organisations in relation to the redevelopment of the Rosenthal Avenue Car Park. Expressions of Interest closed 19 April 2016.

Council is now seeking Requests for Tender (RFT) from four (4) shortlisted tenderers who participated in the EOI process. This RFT process is a select tender only open to those invited Tenderers.

The project is to be procured on a Design & Construct (D&C) basis. The successfully appointed Contractor will be contracted to Council who are the owners/client/developer of the project. The appointed Contractor shall be responsible for developing the detailed design, achieving the authority approvals, achieving the lessor and Client approvals, and constructing the development. It is Council's expectation that the appointed Contractor will present a design that represents value for money and meets the design brief.

Tender submissions must be received by 2:00pm, Tuesday 6th September 2016.
