Refurbishment of 6 spa rooms

Please quote on the following basis:
Price 1 room only (Room 1002) as one project and the 5 remaining room as a separate project.
Noisy work allowable only between 10.00 am to 2pm.
It is anticipated that the successful contractor will be selected immediately with work commencing straight after.

Peter Churchill has blocked out room 1002 (ex spa suite) for the day on Wednesday 29th of June for inspections.
