The provision of a quality assured contract of Renewal of a Soccer Field, Park Ridge Reserve, Rowville, involving the following approximate quantities: stripping of site (602cu.m), earthworks, cut to fill (579cu.m), cut to spoil (24 cu. m.), agricultural drainage (7185m), irrigation works, grassing and surfacing of fields (16,122sqm) new synthetic cover on cricket pitch and associated works.

Tenderers for this project are to be pre-qualified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of 10 months starting in August 2016.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council, Operations Centre, 102 Lewis Road, (access via Bridgewood Court), Wantirna South, Amenities Room at 1pm Wednesday 8 July 2016.
