2016.035 - Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Environmental Monitoring of Landfill Facilities as per specification.
Council seeks the services of a suitably qualified Contractor for Environmental Monitoring of Landfill Facilities. The purpose of the Environmental Monitoring Program is to fulfil the requirements of Council’s Environmental Authorities, and the Environmental Protection Act 1994, by monitoring groundwater, surface water, and landfill gas, and to report any exceedance to the levels imposed by the Environmental Authorities immediately to Council.
The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of companies to complete the service as per the specification.
