Tender Description
The Port Authority of NSW requires the provision of Security services for its facilities, special events and cruise day operations.
These services will be provided in accordance with the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act).
Respondents will need to have measurable experience and expertise in all aspects of security operations: patrols, alarm response, site security management and control, CCTV operations, customer service and engagement, security risk assessment & audit capabilities as well as extensive experience in terminal screening operations and experience within the maritime environment.
Respondents must have the capacity to provide a dedicated senior business client services manager. Respondents must have the resources, experience and capability to satisfy Port Authority's requirements as well as an understanding of the importance of and commitment to the Port Authority's security plans, regulatory guidelines and the Act.
