Moreland City Council is seeking the services of a specialised qualified Licensed Land Surveyor and Property Specialist

They (Land Surveyors) will be suitably qualified in all aspects of Property related matters in particular to the Local Government Act, Crown Land Reserves Act, Road Management Act, Planning and Environment Act, Transfer of Land Act and any and any other relevant Acts and legislation.

The Property Specialist will be suitably qualified in all aspects of Property Management, in particular to: Leasing, Licensing, Sale of Land, Purchase of Land, Road Discontinuances, Creation of Easements, Planning and Subdivision processes.

It is a requirement that they can demonstrate:
* Demonstrated experience with the Local Government Sector, other Government Agencies in particular to Property Management.
* Expertise in the preparation of documentation related to all land surveying matters
* Articulation of such matters to Council

Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
