Provision of Waste Management Services for Coonamble Shire Council (NSW)
Section A - Collection of Waste and Recoverable Resources to Council owned waste facilities. This shall include kerbside collected Residual Waste, Recyclables and Organics to approved disposal or processing facilities, and includes the following:
(a) Pick up of Residual Waste and Recoverable Resources from residential locations within the Coonamble Shire locality. .
(b) Receipt, handling, loading and unloading of all kerbside collected residual Waste, Recyclables and Organics to the Coonamble Council waste facility.
(d) Provision of all vehicles, plant and equipment required to perform the Services.
Section B Supply of new 240Litre MGB Bins
This shall include the distribution of the new 240 L MGB supply to all rated properties within the townships of Coonamble, Gulargambone and Quambone.
Section C Operation of Waste Transfer Facilities at Gulargambone and Quambone. This shall include operation of the existing council Waste Depot at Gulargambone and unmanned Waste Transfer Facility at Quambone.
Section D Operation of Coonamble Landfill and Transfer Station at Coonamble Landfill approximately 4,000 tonnes per annum.
on an 'as required' basis for a period of 60 months from 1 August 2016 to 30 June 2021 with provision for a 1 year option.
This is a Single Source per Category per tender.(At the conclusion of this tender process you will deal solely with Coonamble shire for the term of the contract).
The Contract sum is estimated at Waste Collection $140,000 per annum.
Coonamble, Gular and Quambone landfills/transfer stations management is in the vicinity of $200,000 per annum.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.
