South Western Sydney Primary Health Network is Seeking a New Lead Agency for Headspace Campbelltown

⁠⁠⁠South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) is one of 31 Primary Health Networks nationally. SWSPHN services 7 local government areas of Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee and aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health services delivered in our region.

This Expression of Interest is consistent with South Western Sydney PHN's (SWSPHN) strategic vision to enable an effective and innovative system of integrated mental health care and suicide prevention for residents of the region.

This EOI process is being run to identify a new lead agency for headspace Campbelltown. It is expected that the new lead agency will work with the outgoing lead agency through a transition process.

An information session will be held in relation to this EOI, on Wednesday the 29th of June, 12pm-1pm at SWSPHN's Campbelltown office, level 3, 1 Bolger street, Campbelltown, NSW, 2560. The session will outline the headspace model and the process to establish a new lead agency.

Submissions close at 5pm AEST on the 29th July 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Late proposals will not be accepted.
