Tender Description
Queensland Rail is seeking Expressions of Interest from consultancy service providers that have the capability to support, defining and managing the European Train Control System Level 2 (ETCS L2) Inner City Project. Queensland Rail intends to award two packages of Services;
* Commercial, Procurement & Change Management Services package
* Technical & Project Management Services package.
The provider of each package of Services will be referred to as a Client Side Delivery Partner.
This Invitation for Expressions of Interest is seeking responses from interested parties in providing the Technical & Project Management Services package to the Project.
Respondants should refer to section 8 of the Expression of Interst document outlining the evaluation criteria.
