Tender Description
The Contractor will be required to:
* Manage the AVIC program on behalf of Destination NSW
* Provide accreditation services and answer enquiries from prospective Visitor Information Centres applying to join the network within 48 hours of receiving the enquiry.
* Provide administrative and enquiry services to Visitor Information Centres that are already accredited
* Conduct audits and mystery shopper assessments of all AVICs - Level 1 VICs once a year and Level 2 and 3 VICs every two years, as advised by Destination NSW.
* Invoice annual accreditation fees from AVIC members for payment to Destination NSW. Invoices to be sent within 28 days of the payment due date. Ensure that payment is received within 28 days of the payment due date.
* Maintain a real time Customer Relationship Management database that provides Destination NSW with the ability to review customer records, run reports and input data. The database to be the property of Destination NSW.
* Co-ordinate bi-annual Industry Reference Group meetings as directed by Destination NSW.
* Conduct training of AVIC members as requested by Destination NSW and/or the Industry Reference Group
* Produce and distribute monthly newsletter to the AVIC members
* Monitor and report breaches of the AVIC trademark to Destination NSW within 48 hours of notification of the breach.
* Submit an annual plan of proposed works including suggested sponsorship opportunities and representation at industry tradeshows and events
