Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions from Principal Contractors for roofing works located at Flagstone State Community College.

The project comprises of the removal/disposal of the existing roof and replacement of roof sheeting, flashings and drainage. The project will be procured under a Minor Works contract.

Tender documents can be requested from Ridgemill Project Management by sending a request to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au. Please note, tender documentation will only be issued to suitably qualified Principal Contractors.

Submissions close on Friday, 1 July 2016 at 2:00PM at ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Site Visit: Thursday, 16th June 2016 at 15:00. Attendees to sign in at School Adminsitration building.
