The Department of Defence is seeking a contractor to undertake refurbishment works at ESSB Rockhampton and Rockhampton Airport, Queensland.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Refurbishment works to 11 buildings at ESSB Rockhampton
- Refurbishment works to one building at Rockhampton Airport
- Flooring works
- Painting works
- Roofing works
- Hydraulic works
- Plumbing works
- General refurbishment works
Contractor Requirements

- The Tenderer must complete and return the signed Confidentiality Agreement
