Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Peninsula Health staff and their immediate family members, as well as support for work related incidents for the volunteer workforce.

The EAP will be delivered in a strictly confidential manner with appointments held off site, with availability across multiple locations, with specific resources available within the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula municipalities.

Delivery of professional counselling services through the EAP will be delivered by appropriately qualified and credentialed psychologists or social workers.

Inclusion of incident, including critical incident, support is sought as part of the tender response. It is imperative that the model of incident response supports Peninsula Health’s current model and approach.
