Cleaning Services for Cairns Libraries

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for provision of cleaning services for Cairns Libraries.

Site Inspections: Tenderers will be invited during the tender period to attend mandatory site inspections where any clarification of the extent and type of the works can be obtained.

Site inspections for the Southern libraries including Babinda, Gordonvale, Edmonton, Earlville and Manunda libraries, will commence at Babinda Library, 24 Munro Street, Babinda at 10:00am on Wednesday 15 June 2016 and finish at Manunda Library.

Site inspections for the Northern libraries including Cairns City, Stratford and Smithfield libraries, will commence at the City Library, 151 Abbott Street, Cairns at 10:00am on Thursday 16 June 2016 and finish at Smithfield Library.

It is envisaged site inspections on each day will take approximately 4-5 hours (includes travel time between each site).

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender.

The forum will close three (3) days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission (see option below), using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours Before tender closing.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30pm on Thursday 30 June 2016. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
