Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from commercially registered building firms for the construction of alterations and improvements to the Malvern Valley Golf Course Hub, located at 1 Golfers Drive, Malvern East.

Briefly, the scope of the Contract involves:
* Partial demolition and reconfiguration of the interior of the Hub Complex
* Construction of a new Pro-shop and Club-room
* Construction of new Amenities
* Construction of new Bars
* Construction of improvements to the Entry, Foyer, Kitchen and Function Rooms
* Replacement and upgrade of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
* Renovation of other parts of the Hub Complex's interior, exterior and surrounds.

EOI submissions close 12.00 noon Monday, 27 June 2016.
