Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the refurbishment of The Events Centre Playhouse Theatre, Caloundra.
The project works are defined in Schedule 5 - Attachment 1 - Scope of Works and Technical Specification, and will comprise internal refurbishment and construction of a new side access corridor.
Scope of works include but is not limited to:
* New access corridor;
* Bio Box rectification;
* Handrail adjustments;
* Ceiling lining replacement and painting;
* Acoustic wall panelling rectification;
* Seating re-upholstering; and
* Carpet replacement.
