Bruces Track Farm Land Use Licence

⁠⁠⁠East Gippsland Water is seeking proposals from interested parties in relation to a land use licence arrangement for "Bruces Track Farm", located approximately 10km west of Lakes Entrance.

The Bruces Track property (321.5ha) has 159.2Ha of pasture and 17.3Ha of woodlot under irrigation. It will have an approximate minimum annual recycled water allocation of 350ML, seasonally dependent.

The site is equipped with fixed and lateral move sprinklers, as well as three pivot irrigators, and is operated subject to EPA and East Gippsland Water requirements.
