The Salvation Army recently announced the amalgamation of the two existing Australian territories; Eastern and Southern, into one Australian territory. Accordingly, The Australia One Project was assembled to commence in June 2016.

The Salvation Army Australia One Project now seeks to appoint a firm of consultants to support its leadership team in the amalgamation / merger of its Eastern and Southern Territories; including Territorial Headquarters Functions, Corp (Churches), Social / Service Community Programs, and the operations of Salvos Stores, Aged Care Plus, Salvos Legal and Employment Plus.

The Salvation Army will be taking a two-phase approach to procure the consultancy; through an open EOI and an RFP by invitation. Vendors who respond to this EOI may be selected to participate in the Request for Proposal activity, which is anticipated to be released in early July.
