Tender Description
The Commissioner of State Revenue is responsible for the administration of the Duties Act 2008 (Duties Act) under which duty is imposed on transactions involving various types of dutiable property. This includes land, mining tenements, rights and certain business assets.
To facilitate the assessment of duty under the Duties Act, the Commissioner is seeking a panel of appropriately skilled and experienced valuers and experts.
