Tender Description
DevelopmentWA invites consultants to join its preferred supplier register for Valuations Services, providing the opportunity to be considered for engagement on specific projects.
The Valuation Consultant is to provide independent, objective and defensible valuations to support DevelopmentWA decision making, including (but not limited to) land sales, disposals, leasing, repricing, feasibility assessment, financial reporting and governance assurance. Valuations must adhere to DevelopmentWA requirements for reserve pricing, market value assessment and probity as set out in the Acquisition Policy, Sales and Leasing Policy, and Direct Disposition of Land Policy.
