The Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is establishing a Behavioural Insights Unit (BI Unit) in order to drive sector-wide growth in behavioural insights (BI) capability. The introduction of this unit is part of a broader focus on public sector reform to improve the way government develops policies and delivers services.
Improving BI capability will be a collaborative endeavour, led by DPC in partnership with departments, VPS agencies, academic institutions and other expert bodies.
DPC is seeking responses to this Request for Information (RFI) for how Respondents would contribute to a strategic partnership with the BI Unit.
The purpose of this RFI process is to inform DPC in relation to any future procurement of services in connection with the provision of support to the BI Unit. It will also help DPC to understand the ability of Respondents to provide the range of services and introduce new perspectives into what they could offer.
