Summary
Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the demolition of existing amenities block and rugby league clubhouse and the construction of new amenities and clubhouse at Scylla Bay Oval, Como.
A part of the works requires the new amenities and clubhouse levels to be raised from their current level as a method to reduce the impact of localised flooding of the reserve.
A Client Brief detailing the services required by Council is set out in Section 5 of this RFT.

A non-mandatory site inspection and tender briefing session for this RFT will be held:
