Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the Construction of a New GLA Teaching Block Project at Highland Reserve State School, Located at 570 Reserve Rd, Upper Coomera QLD 4209.
Tender Submissions will be accepted from Building Contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 with Quality Assurance, current QBCC builders licence and previous school experience.
Please email Peter Millatt at Honeywill Consulting (peter@honeywill.com.au) with your PCQ certificate, company QBCC licence details. A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to Building Contractors that meet the tender requirements for this project and that have previous experience working in schools.
A site inspection will be held on Monday the 6th of June 2016 at 10:30am.
Submissions close on Tuesday 21st of June 2016 at 3:00pm - tender responses are to be emailed in PDF format.
