Tender Description
The Central Coast Council are inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified contractors to undertake a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract process for the construction of the Dial Regional Sports Complex.
This involves clearing the site, construction of two sports ovals, access roads, car parking, nature based playground and a community pavilion along with associated infrastructure.
Contractors will be required to be pre-qualified with the Tasmanian Government Department of Treasury and Finance to a minimum of $7 million.
