Provision for Cleaning Services at Various Shire Buildings and Facilities

⁠⁠⁠The Principal’s portfolio of buildings and facilities have been divided into the following zones:
North Zone High Wycombe, Maida Vale, Gooseberry Hill
Central Zone Kalamunda
South Zone Forrestfield, Wattle Grove, Lesmurdie, Walliston, Pickering Brook, Carmel

The Principal shall award the contract for the Provision of Cleaning Services based on the zones mentioned above i.e. each zone could potentially be serviced by a Contractor the Principal feels will provide best value for money for that particular zone or alternatively a Contractor could possibly be awarded multiple zones.

The zones have been identified in such a way to allow for as much parity as possible but due to the demographics of the Shire, there is a possibility that there could be a slight variance in the number of buildings & facilities in each zone. However, as iterated earlier, the successful Contractor for each zone will only be selected if it provides the best value for money for that particular zone.

In the situation where the contract of one of the successful Contractors is terminated during the duration of the contract in accordance to Clause 20 of the General Conditions of Contract, the Principal at its sole discretion, may engage with the successful Contractor(s) from another zone or engage with other Contractors outside the scope of this contract.
