Metro South Hospital and Health Service is seeking Expressions of Interest for Grounds Maintenance for numerous healthcare facilities across the health service.
This Service includes but is not limited to the following:
* Lawn and Grass Maintenance
* Garden, Tree and Shrub Maintenance
* Rubbish Removal and Outdoor Cleaning

The specification documents in Section 3 are comprised of the following:
* Part 1: General Information, Terms and Conditions of Offer, Scope and Specifications, and Offer Evaluation Process and Criteria (one PDF document)
* Part 3: Offer Submission Form and Declaration of Commission, Incentives, and Collusion (one Microsoft Word document)
* Part 4: Offer Response Form (one Microsoft Excel document)
Please note that Part 2 (Conditions of Contract) is NOT included in this Expression of Interest process.
