Kingston City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and appropriately skilled and experienced contractors for the provision of closed landfill cap remediation works.

The cap remediation works involve excavation and stockpiling of existing cover soils, installation of a geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) and / or the installation of a 300 mm layer of well compacted clay rich earth, reinstatement of a minimum 500 mm thick layer of cover soil, and revegetation of the area.
