The Bundaberg Regional Library Service is seeking to implement a complete RFID system for its main city branch and Childers and Gin Gin branches.

The library service serves a population of approximately 100,000 with 33,000 being members.

There are 333,000 patron visits annually 88,000 items in the collection and 785,000 loan transactions per year.

The structure of the Tender is as follows, there are 3 parts:
1. Part One (Account Creation)
2. Part Two (Submission of Online Tender)
3. Part Three (Evaluation by Bundaberg Regional Council)
