The Work Scope includes:
* Part demolition of existing building containing learning spaces and a toilet block;
* Construction of new junior and middle school general learning areas, student amenities, school administration area, and;
* Associated site works, paving and landscaping.

Quotations required from all trades, Tender options to be itemised and any alternatives to specification pricing to be clearly marked.

Quotation due by June 7, 2016 by 5.00 pm.
