The purpose of this document is to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Contractors who wish to pre-qualify to bid for the Kingscliff Foreshore Revitalisation Project works which includes;
* Rock armour and concrete seawall foreshore protection works
* Associated Construction and landscaping works for the creation of the new Kingscliff Central Park
* Associated Construction and landscaping works for the upgrade of the Kingscliff Beach Holiday Park

From the Applicants expressing an interest in bidding, a short-list of suitably qualified and available Contractors will be selected and invited to bid.

A minimum of three and a maximum of four Applicants will be selected for the Bidder panel with an additional two Applicants selected as reserves.

Briefly, the selection process for the bidding panel will consider the Applicants experience in construction of similar projects, management ability, record of co-operative contracting, skill quality of the team offered, WHS management, Quality management, Environmental management and ability to resource the project.
