Tender Description
In January 2016, the Department of Planning & Environment granted development consent for a concept proposal including a maximum Gross Floor Area of 120,000m² comprising a mix of large format retail, light industrial and ancillary retail uses such as service station and fast food. The consent offers flexibility in the composition of the land use mix, in accordance with the following GFA thresholds:
* 100,000m² Light Industry
* 50,000m² Large Format Retail
* 3,000m² Ancillary Retail
Bringelly Road Business Hub is the third business hub of Western Sydney Parklands Trust and is an excellent offering located on the edge of the South West Growth Centre with direct access to Bringelly Road, and flexible land uses, lot sizes and agreement structures.
