Tenders are invited from experienced, professional aquatic and recreation centre specialists, who will work with Council to further develop, expand and operate council aquatic facilities in order to realise maximum potential for community benefit and financial outcomes for Council.

Documents are available from the Queensland Government QTender website at hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/home.do. Tenderers must be registered with the Queensland Government QTender site to be able to download documents, request information and submit tenders.

Suitably endorsed tenders close at the below website address at 2pm Tuesday 14 June 2016. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives. In accordance with s228(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.
