Programmed Facility Management (Programmed FM) has been engaged by Building Management and Works (BMW) to deliver a range of Maintenance Services across seven government agencies. These agencies are the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG), Department of Corrective Services (DCS), Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA), Department of Education (DoE) - North and South (primarily schools located in the Perth metro area), Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA).
The Maintenance Services include but are not limited to;
* Breakdown Repairs;
* Routine Maintenance;
* Property Services;
* Low Value Maintennace; and
* Projects.
In order to meet its obligations under the Maintenance Service Arrangement (MSA) with BMW, Programmed FM is seeking to simplify and streamline its practises by establishing a robust subcontractor network to deliver Works and Services across agencies.
Programmed FM is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced subcontractors to undertake these Works and Services under the Grounds and Tree Management trade category.
