Cleaning of Office Buildings throughout the town site of Derby.

The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is requesting tenders for the Cleaning of Office buildings and Various Facilities within the townsite of Derby. The cleaning is to be undertaken as per details supplied by Council.

Tenders will be assessed on the following criteria - company history and track record on similar work, technical capacity and experience of key personnel, demonstrated understanding of tasks required, price and financial capacity.

Tender Submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the above tender number using the tender submission forms not doing so may disqualify the tender.
