Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Federation University Australia (FedUni) is inviting tenders from reputable and experienced executive, leadership and management coaching service providers to be included on a list of preferred suppliers for the provision of coaching for executive, senior and middle management in a tertiary environment.

Inclusion on this preferred supplier list will be for a period of three (3) years and will not under any circumstances constitute to the Tenderer a guarantee of work, contract for services or retainer by FedUni.

Services are expected to include flexibility in providing:
* Ad hoc and structured coaching for a broad range of executives and managers with responsibility for strategic, operational and people management (including people management responsibility for academic, TAFE teachers and professional/general staff); and
* Coaching to staff to address workplace behavioural and/or other workplace concerns; and
* Coaching services at all campuses, i.e. Mt Helen Campus and SMB Campus in Ballarat, Gippsland Campus in Churchill and Wimmera Campus in Horsham.

The provision of coaching services should include leadership and management development, organisational and business awareness, development of self-awareness, relationship management, performance management, conflict resolution, team development, and dealing with and managing change - please note, this is not an exhaustive list of coaching services.

The successful Tenderers may also be required to provide structured training sessions for small groups of managers who have similar development needs and/or facilitate workshops with managers and their staff (for example to resolve any current or emerging issues). This will be determined in conjunction with Human Resources.

The successful Tenderers will be required to monitor, evaluate and provide constructive and confidential feedback to the coachee’s executive/manager and Human Resources on the progress and the requirement/s for further interventions.

The successful Tenderers would further be required to work closely with the coachee’s executive/manager to achieve the desired outcomes within a negotiated timeframe.
