Tenders areinvited from suitably qualified suppliers for building extension works at the Donvale Preschool.

The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents and includes the following items:
* Demolition works - relocation of an iron shed, removal of a small veranda, wall breakout & removal of approximately 5m2 of carpet and underlay;
* Small (20m2) brick veneer construction extension on strip footings, concrete stumps, conventional flooring & conventional roof structure;
* Stairs and landing;
* Internal refurbishment of one room; and
* Minor plumbing & electrical works.

A pre-tender site inspection has been scheduled for 4:30pm on Tuesday 17th May 2016 at the Donvale Preschool, 7 Florence Avenue, Donvale, 3111.
