The Power of Choice (PoC) reforms are a substantial change to the energy market with a progressive program of work over several years of market reform, including the introduction of competitive metering, new network pricing arrangements, customer access to information, and increased retail competition into embedded networks. The overall objective of the PoC reforms is to give consumers more options in the way they use electricity over the next 15 to 20 years.
Jemena are looking to engage an organisation with the relevant utilities, regulatory and market experience to develop and deliver the PoC program (through to the establishment of clear requirement specifications for implementation) including planning, design and business requirements analysis works to ensure that these projects achieve the applicable milestones on time, on budget, and provide deliverables and supporting documentation that are fit for purpose.
