Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced company, whose values align with those of Moreland, to deliver and manage the Event Logistics services for its festival program.
Moreland's Festival program currently consists of the following annual events:
* Movies in the Park - 2 consecutive Fridays in February (require 1-2 event staff only)
* Sydney Road Street Party - early March
* Brunswick Music Festival (including Music for the People) - March
* Glenroy Festival - April
* Coburg Carnivale - September
* Fawkner Festa - November
* Coburg Night Market - 4 consecutive Fridays in November/December
* Carols by the Lake - December
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
