Annual Supply Contract for Supply and Delivery of Asphalt

⁠⁠⁠The Yarra Ranges Shire Council (“the Council”) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties to Supply and Deliver Asphalt and Related Products as listed in Schedule 2 (“the Services”).

The term of the Services will be one year (1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017) with Council having the option to extend the Services by four periods of one year each (last possible end date being 30 June 2021). Council may at any time invite tenders from parties to satisfy a new Category.

Tender submissions must be received by the 25 May 2016 or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed. Please zip your tender submission together with any other relevant documents and upload the zipped file as per the instructions within the tender.
